I am a big believer in exercising to become happier and healthier. Throughout my entire life I have always been involved in physical activity and have enjoyed all the benefits that exercising has to offer,

I have trained and become a fitness instructor in aquarobics, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, boxing, circuit, Bootcamp, and POUND - Rockout. Workout. I am also an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist.
I am a strong advocate of exercise as medicine. Having been through my own traumatic divorce and living as a single mum I understand just how important moving and exercise can be in one’s life to help decrease stress, tension and anxiety and increase endorphins - the happiness hormones.
Ultimately my goal is to increase the level of happiness in people by helping them move their bodies – either for fitness gains, rehabilitation or whatever their health and wellbeing goals they may have.
