POUND CLASSES
Justine offers a number of different group POUND classes, each unique to the space and numbers for the booking.
CORPORATE
POUND® transforms drumming into an effective workout. Burn up to 900+ calories/hour and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique using Ripstix (weighted drumsticks) to make the fitness session more fun than any other workout you have done before.
Organise a weekly class within your company for your employees. They will love you for it and you will love the positive effects of having staff who have exercised during their day, released stress and are healthier and happier as a result.
Or how about including POUND in your next conference day to break up the proceedings, connect the right and left sides of the brain, clear the minds and move the bodies.
SCHOOLS
Students love to do POUND. Hitting the Ripstix to the beat of awesome music seems to be something they really enjoy doing! Introduce your students to POUND by organising a class/session within your PDHPE syllabus, extracurricular activities, special events - for e.g. Intensive Dance Weekends or Boarders Weekends.
And don't forget teachers love it too. How about booking a session to start off your Pupil Free Programming Days! Get your teachers moving and their brains engaged for a more productive and enjoyable day for all.
LOCAL CLASSES
Currently there 2 LIVE Pound classes offered in the Upper North Shore area with Justine. Please see the timetable button below for times and venues.
It is important to book in to secure your spot in the class each week. You can come on a casual basis or you can purchase a pass and come regularly to any of the fitness classes included in the full fitness program.
There is a great variety of ages, fitness levels and abilities within each class and you can modify the moves at anytime to suit your specific needs.
Most of all it’s a community of like minded people who come together to have fun exercising to music. We always have a ball.

“What an energetic, fulfilled fitness class! I had 60 students participate in PoundFit with Justine as an additional workshop on a Dance Intensive Weekend and they just loved the variety of strength, cardio, music and drumming. All students walked away smiling and sweating from 90 minutes of pure fun. The class was challenging but still manageable for all ages. What a great concept.”
