With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Justine Cooper has been dedicated to helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and wellness goals. After earning her Bachelor of Human Movement, she began sharing her passion for exercise, transforming countless lives through fun, engaging, and effective fitness routines.

Specializing in group fitness, Justine’s mission is to make movement enjoyable and accessible to everyone. She inspires her clients to incorporate exercise into their daily lives, enhancing fitness, flexibility, injury prevention, and overall health. For Justine, exercise isn’t just a necessity—it’s a reward for your body.

Her expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including the dynamic POUND - Rockout. Workout, Pilates (both Mat and Reformer), Revive, Restore and Align (a mixture of gentle movements, mindful stretches and breathing exercises) aquarobics, circuit training (HIIT), body weight strength, cardio dance and boxing. Drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience, Justine delivers tailored, high-quality workouts that energize and empower her clients.
